THE BEST GRAIN-FREE MEATLOAF RECIPE
1 Lb Ground Beef
1/4 Cup Almond Flour
1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
1 tsp dried parsley
3/4 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 -1 Cup Shredded Parmesan
Optional: Top with your favorite GAPS or Paleo Ketchup or tomato paste with a little honey, you can also add some cut up sugar free bacon to your meatloaf for some extra deliciousness!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
Shape the mixture into a loaf and placed on a lined baking sheet
Bake in the oven for approximately 1 hour or under the temperature reaches around 160 degrees Fahrenheit
