Egg-Free Almond Flour Banana Cookies

You will not be disappointed you tried these. If you are leaving out eggs, these are a great addition to your recipe book. They definitely taste better than they look and are kid & mom-approved. This recipe was originally created and revised from @PowerHungry.






Egg-Free Almond Flour Banana Cookies


Ingredients:


  • 1 Cup Almond Flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda

  • 1/8 teaspoon Sea Salt

  • 1/3 Cup Very Ripe Mashed Bananas


Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a bowl, mix together the almond flour, baking soda, and salt. Add in mashed banana. Mix until well blended.

  3. Use a small cookie scoop and drop Cookes on baking sheet about 2 inches apart.

  4. We like to make an indent in the middle of each cookie and add about 1/4 teaspoon of a clean peanut butter- yum! Bake for 14-16 minutes until cooked through.

  5. Cool & enjoy!
