Egg-Free Almond Flour Banana Cookies
1 Cup Almond Flour
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/8 teaspoon Sea Salt
1/3 Cup Very Ripe Mashed Bananas
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix together the almond flour, baking soda, and salt. Add in mashed banana. Mix until well blended.
Use a small cookie scoop and drop Cookes on baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
We like to make an indent in the middle of each cookie and add about 1/4 teaspoon of a clean peanut butter- yum! Bake for 14-16 minutes until cooked through.
