These Chocolate Almond Flour Cookies are a great addition to your holiday recipe collection! They are light and easy to throw together! I am always eager to test new recipes in the kitchen. 1/2 Cup Coconut Oil (melted)
1/3 Cup Honey
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Vanilla
1 1/2 Cups Almond Flour
1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder
Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit
Add all ingredients to medium bowl
Mix ingredients using a hand mixer, dough will be thick
Scoop balls of dough onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper (unbleached). I use my scoop that measures 1 1/2 tbsp.
Bake for 10 minutes. Allow to cool for about 20 minutes on the baking sheet so they do not fall apart.
Remove from cookie sheet and allow to cool completely.
