Pot Roast Soup

Tired of chicken soup on the introduction diet? This is a great way to mix things up. It is delicious and nourishing and absolutely easy to make! 

Ingredients:

  • Cooked roast

  • Beef meat stock

  • Carrots

  • Onion

  • Natural salt

  • Garlic

  • Any other stage 1 approved vegetables

Instructions:

  1. Chop your vegetables. Makes sure if you are using a vegetable like zucchini that you are peeling & Deseeding on stage 1

  2. Cover vegetables with stock to cover

  3. Add natural salt

  4. Bring to boil and reduce to a simmer, cooke vegetables until they are nice and soft (approximately 30 minutes)

  5. Add garlic towards end of cooking

  6. Enjoy!
