Preparing Your Kitchen for the GAPS Diet

Updated: Oct 15, 2020

The first thing we need to do when starting the GAPS diet is prepare our kitchens! You will be spending a lot of time preparing stock and foods and it will make things easier in the process if you are prepared ahead of time.

We have to first get rid of kitchen items that may be exposing our bodies to harmful toxins. This can be quite a process and can be overwhelming at first. Take a deep breath and take it one step at a time, do not over-stress it. Just remember by eliminating and minimizing the toxins in our environment, we are allowing our bodies to have more room and opportunity for healing. We are in this together!
