Our Favorite Waffles




Need to switch up your morning routine? Waffles are an excellent way to add some excitement to the start of your day! There are so many ways to make GAPS waffles, but these are by far our favorite! Recipe courtesy of @ComfyBelly.




Waffles (Almond Flour)


Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Almond Flour

  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda

  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla

  • 4 Eggs

  • 2 Tablespoons Honey



Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients while waffle iron warms up

  2. Grease waffle iron if needed

  3. Spread 1/4 cup waffle mix on to your waffle iron & close

  4. Cook for approximately 3 minutes

  5. Enjoy!



We serve our waffles with lots of butter and honey! Throw on some blueberries a side of GAPS yogurt, you've got one tasty breakfast! My kiddos are always begging for me to make more!
