Need to switch up your morning routine? Waffles are an excellent way to add some excitement to the start of your day! There are so many ways to make GAPS waffles, but these are by far our favorite! Recipe courtesy of @ComfyBelly.
Waffles (Almond Flour)
1 Cup Almond Flour
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 Tablespoons Honey
Mix all ingredients while waffle iron warms up
Grease waffle iron if needed
Spread 1/4 cup waffle mix on to your waffle iron & close
Cook for approximately 3 minutes
We serve our waffles with lots of butter and honey! Throw on some blueberries a side of GAPS yogurt, you've got one tasty breakfast! My kiddos are always begging for me to make more!
