“Everyone loves Chicken Parmesan. Make sure you utilize a clean sauce for topping and enjoy this amazing and flavorful dish. This pairs nicely with a side of cooked vegetables. Our favorite is garlic Parmesan green beans to add to the side. This is a classic dish in our home and even the kids can’t stop eating it!” Photo and Recipe by: Jillian Vander Ploeg

Is the Parmesan cheese a hard cheese, which I think I could have, what do you mean by clean tomatoe sauce, please tell me I don’t have to make it from my own tomatoes

Is the 1/3 c of parmesan used in the coating or with the tomato sauce after baking?

Great question!!! I add the 1/3 cup of Parmesan Cheese to the coating (trust me it tastes so much better this way)! Then I will also top it was some additional Parmesan Cheese when ready to bake!
