This is an absolutely delicious treat that is difficult to put down. It is a perfect comfort during the holiday season. This dish does not last very long in our home. I am so excited to share this with you! This recipe is a courtesy of Home Health & Happiness.
½ cup butter
½ cup honey
¾ cup chopped pecans
3 cups Almond Flour
¼ cup butter, melted
¼ cup honey
¼ teaspoon salt
1-2 tablespoons cinnamon to taste
Butter to grease pan
Grease a pie dish with butter and line the bottom of it with parchment paper
In a small saucepan, melt butter and honey, and then bring it to a boil over medium heat for 5-minutes
Pour mixture into the greased pan and sprinkle it with the chopped pecans.
Combine dough ingredients in a medium-sized bowl.
Drop heaping tablespoons of it onto the hot caramel and pecans and sprinkle with cinnamon. Flatten each roll slightly.
Bake rolls at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.
Try not to eat it all in one day!
