GAPS Chicken Soup


This is a simple and nourishing meal that is perfect for the first stage of the Introduction Diet. 


  • Chicken

  • Onions

  • Carrots

  • Meat Stock

  • Natural Salt

  • Garlic

  • Any other stage 1 approved vegetables


  1. Chop and prepare vegetables. If you have a vegetables like zucchini, make sure you peel and de-seed while on stage 1

  2. Add meat stock to cover

  3. Add some natural salt

  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer. Allow those veggies to get really soft (approximately 30 minutes)

  5. Add cooked chicken & minced garlic at the end of cooking 

  6. Enjoy your simple & delicious one pot meal that heals!
